ECA holds a 14-day refund policy. Refunds can be requested by completing a refund request form and submitting this to the Treasurer. All forms submitted within the 14-day timeframe will be eligible for a refund, however, a £5 admin fee will be applied. Refunds requests after 14 days of purchase will not receive a refund.
For ECA events only: If a member experiences extenuating circumstances, a refund can be requested after the 14-day timeframe which will be reviewed by the Treasurer on a case-by-case basis. We cannot offer a refund for any event if requested less than one month prior to the event taking place.
