Our tickets are available below, with a choice of in-person or online only.

You can also add ECA membership to receive a discount on the in-person tickets.

In-person tickets will allow you to attend both days.

• Thursday 3rd September - Oral presentations, Workshops, evening social, and networking.
• Friday 4th September - Oral presentations, posters, sponsors, and networking.

The ticket price also covers lunch and breaks throughout the days.

Online tickets will allow you to attend virtually via Zoom/Teams and engage with the oral presentations on both days.

This will likely be the morning of Thursday 3rd and Friday 4th September 2026.

A link will be sent closer to the time to those who purchase these tickets.

Membership will give you added benefits, including discounted conference attendance.

For the same price as a non-member in-person ticket, you can get an in-person conference ticket and membership for a year.

• If you purchase both at the same time, just add the membership and member ticket to your cart.
• If you purchase your membership first and then later purchase a conference ticket, please do so using the same email so we can link it to your membership.
• If you use another email to purchase a member ticket, please email us to let us know by emailing team@ecanatomists.org.

If you purchase a member ticket without purchasing a membership, we will contact you to purchase a membership or non-member ticket.

• In the event of a non-member ticket being desired instead of additional membership, a refund will be given on the member ticket in accordance with our refund policy.
• If a membership is purchased later, it will be dated from when the member ticket was purchased.

Please remember to keep a record of the order number and email you receive as proof of purchase, which may be required.

If you are purchasing multiple tickets for others, please email us at team@ecanatomists.org to attribute these tickets to the other people.

ECA holds a 14-day refund policy. Refunds can be requested by completing a refund request form and submitting this to the Treasurer. All forms submitted within the 14-day timeframe will be eligible for a refund, however, a £5 admin fee will be applied. Refunds requests after 14 days of purchase will not receive a refund. 

For ECA events only: If a member experiences extenuating circumstances, a refund can be requested after the 14-day timeframe which will be reviewed by the Treasurer on a case-by-case basis. We cannot offer a refund for any event if requested less than one month prior to the event taking place.
