From ECA's inception, webinars and online workshops have been a big part of giving opportunities to early career anatomists to present their work, passion, ideas, opinions; all of the above and more!
These webinars allow ECAs to see what else their colleagues are up to and experience the variety of roles and research undertaken by fellow anatomists.
They give an insight into areas you may not often encounter or think about, from helping to guide your career and how to undertake research, to finding out what embalming involves and the considerations of EDI within anatomy.

Application to Deliver an ECA Webinar
The Early Career Anatomists are passionate about providing a platform for members early in their career to disseminate their knowledge, skill set, or interest in an area of anatomy to the wider community.
If you would like to deliver a webinar or if you know someone else that you think would be ideal to deliver a webinar on a certain topic please let us know by completing this short form.
We are open to receiving proposals for webinars on any topic related to anatomy. The following list are some potential examples to get you thinking:
- Informative or evidence based - e.g. The use of digital technologies/artificial intelligence in anatomy education or research.
- Educational - e.g. Delivery of an anatomy masterclass on a specific area - at a level above what is taught by most anatomists.
- Sharing personal experience - e.g. Alternative career paths in anatomy.
- Focused on culture - e.g. The benefits of working closely with clinical colleagues.
